Artiva is a Pan-European art and design gallery based in Budapest, founded by professionals of many fields of arts and crafts, with a team that includes art historians, our museologist, conservator-restorers, upholsterers and art dealers.

We specialize in 20th century art and design and we pride ourselves in our knowledge in the region’s (Central Eastern Europe) mid-century modern, retro and industrial design. 

We select each and every piece of our collection based on our strict list of criteria. We love history, heirloom pieces with a story and the expert craftsmanship and design knowledge of old masters.

What we like to avoid is obnoxious marketing words such as “iconic and one-of-a-kind” unless those terms are truly earned. Instead, we believe in quality both in terms of materials and design.
